Delete your account.

What happens

Deleted forever: your login (phone number and password — nobody can sign in as you again, including us), workout history, splits, body-weight and measurement log, daily steps, squad memberships, and notification settings.

Kept, with your identity removed: any gym you belonged to keeps its payment and attendance records so its books stay accurate, but your name is replaced with "Deleted member" and your phone number is removed. If you worked at a gym, that employment record is closed and kept the same way, for its payroll history. If a gym filed a signup request that named you, that record is kept too, with the name and number scrubbed off it. And a dated line noting that this account was deleted stays in our security log, along with the phone number it belonged to — we keep that log for as long as SquadFit runs, and only ever use it to investigate abuse; it can never be used to log back in.

If you're the only owner of a gym, deletion is refused until you transfer ownership — deleting you would leave that gym with nobody to run it.

Delete some of your data, keep your account

You don't have to delete the whole account to get rid of one record. Sign in to SquadFit — on the web or in the Android app — and delete it yourself. Nothing else is touched and your account stays exactly as it is.

A workout you logged: open History, tap the workout, tap Edit this session, then Delete session. Every exercise and set in it goes with it.

An activity you logged (a run, a walk, a game): open History, tap the activity, then tap Delete. Steps and workouts imported from your phone's health app can't be edited here — message us and we'll remove those.

A training split: open Me, tap My splits, tap the split, then tap Delete. Its days and exercises go with it; workouts you already logged stay.
